Hi! I'm Rebecca. I'm a marketing and communications professional, freelance writer, blogger and avid traveler based in Sydney, Australia.

The best thing I ever read on a coffee mug was "Be a fruit loop in a world full of cheerios." I now consider it my life motto. I strongly believe in minimalism, enjoy discussing the art of uncoventional living and strive to do these four things: write, create, travel and contribute.

My first big solo adventure began in Nepal in 2013. Since then, I have backpacked through 11 different countries, lived in New Zealand for a year, returned home to Toronto, Canada and set off for adventure number two to the land down under (Australia).

My blog is an ode to my travels - past and present. The stories are of people I've met, adventures I've endured and places I've encountered. My hope is that each story offers the reader a different perspective into the world around them and encourages them to get out there and start exploring.
