About me

My name is Radouane Eljakani, founder of Aisha Morocco Tours, and a proud ambassador of Moroccan culture, heritage, and hospitality. Born and raised in Morocco, I’ve spent over a decade working in the travel industry, helping visitors from around the world discover the real Morocco — beyond the guidebooks.

With deep roots in local communities and a strong passion for sustainable, meaningful travel, I specialize in curating personalized experiences that connect travelers with the heart of Moroccan life: its people, traditions, landscapes, and food. Whether it's a camel trek through the Sahara, a homestay in the Atlas Mountains, or a culinary journey through Fes, my goal is to create authentic, respectful, and unforgettable experiences.

At Aisha Morocco Tours, we believe in tourism that benefits everyone — empowering local families, supporting artisans, and protecting the environment. Every journey we organize is crafted with care, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine love for Morocco.

Why did you join the community?

I joined Travel Massive to connect with like-minded professionals who care about responsible and meaningful travel. I want to share Morocco with the world and learn from others who are passionate about building a better travel industry.

What is your favorite travel destination?

The Sahara Desert, there's nothing like watching the sunset over the dunes and sitting around a fire under the stars with local music and stories.

Where do you dream of traveling to?

I dream of exploring the Andes in South America — to learn from Indigenous cultures and experience nature in a completely different way.

What was your first travel job?

I started as a local guide in southern Morocco, taking visitors through my hometown and nearby villages. That’s where I learned the value of authentic, people-focused travel.

What do you want to learn more about?

I want to learn more about digital marketing, sustainable tourism practices, and how to collaborate with international travel brands to grow responsible tourism in Morocco.

Three words that describe why we should travel?

Connection. Discovery. Understanding.
