I’m Maria, Head of B2B at Kiwitaxi.

I work with travel advisors, agencies, OTAs, and other travel companies who want to add reliable private transfers to their clients’ trips - from airport pickups to intercity rides and tailored transportation requests.

At Kiwitaxi, we help partners cover ground transportation in 100+ countries with a focus on predictability, service quality, and a smoother client experience.

I’m always happy to connect with travel professionals, exchange ideas, and explore how we can make the journey easier from the very first moment a client arrives.

Why did you join the community?

I joined Travel Massive to connect with people across the travel industry, exchange ideas, and learn from professionals who are shaping the future of travel. In my role at Kiwitaxi, I work closely with travel advisors, agencies, and travel companies, so I’m especially interested in conversations around partnerships, client experience, travel tech, and how we can make every part of the journey smoother for travelers.

What is your favorite travel destination?

It’s hard to choose just one, but I have a special love for destinations that combine nature, culture, and a strong sense of place. I’m always inspired by places where travel feels emotional, where you remember the atmosphere, the people, the landscapes, and the small details long after the trip is over.

Where do you dream of traveling to?

I dream of traveling to New Zealand. The nature, landscapes, road trips, and sense of freedom there feel incredibly inspiring. It’s one of those destinations where the journey itself seems just as meaningful as the final stop.

What was your first travel job?

My journey in travel started at Kiwitaxi, where I first worked with our supply side helping to reach out, onboard, train, and support our carrier partners.

It was a great starting point for me because it gave me a deep understanding of the product, service quality, operational processes, and what it takes to build a reliable travel experience from the inside.

What do you want to learn more about?

I’d love to learn more about how travel advisors, DMCs, and travel tech companies are adapting to changing client expectations, especially around personalization, trust, seamless service, and the full end-to-end travel experience.
