I’m a shiny new freelance outdoor, adventure and travel writer. I’ve written for Lonely Planet, Family Traveller, Adventure Uncovered, Travindy, The Independent, 101 Holidays, Real Travel, Gapwork.com, iied.org and Outdoor Fitness and I founded family adventure site The Smaller Explorer.

I’ve travelled in over 30 countries and have an MA in Tourism, Environment and Development and I’m a Fellow if the Royal Geographical Society.

My specialist interest areas include ethical travel, family adventure and wildlife conservation.

I have a keen interest in photography and film and have taken a few courses to build my skills in this area too.
