Q&AI've been blogging about European travel for 10 years, and most of my traffic comes from Google search; readers actively planning trips, not passive scrollers. Where do you dream of traveling to?
Q&APatagonia. I've been working my way across Europe for 10 years and I'm not done yet, but South America is calling. I did a trip there a few years ago and it only made me want to go back with more time.
What was your first travel job?
Q&ABlogging. I started JuliaSomething.com more than 10 years ago and never really stopped. Before that, I did a European Voluntary Service year in Austria, which is what gave me the travel bug in the first place.
What do you want to learn more about?
Q&ASustainable tourism and how content creators can genuinely contribute to it rather than just talk about it. Also, how to make long-form YouTube content work in an algorithm that increasingly rewards short videos.
