Hard to choose just one, but so far, Istanbul, Heidelberg, Stockholm, and Colombo (Sri Lanka). Some places have left a lasting impression on me, while others are always enjoyable to revisit (Hamburg, Barcelona, Amsterdam), offering the opportunity to explore different facets each time.

For some reason, I am drawn to exploring destinations less visited by tourists. Greenland, Patagonia, Mauritania, Bhutan, and Cambodia are among the places on my list. Additionally, I aspire to visit some islands in Oceania, such as Palau, someday. As mentioned earlier, I also enjoy returning to cities I know well and trying out new cafes or visiting museums. Istanbul is my favorite city in this regard.
