Hi, I’m Bianca, Distribution and Channel Manager at Fit City Tours. I’m also a Melbourne-based guide, so I work across distribution while still delivering our tours firsthand.
Why did you join the community?
Q&AI joined Travel Massive because I wanted to be around people who genuinely get the travel industry. In my role at Fit City Tours, I’m always working across partnerships and growth, so being part of a community where ideas and experiences are shared openly just made sense.
What is your favorite travel destination?
Q&AHonestly, I’m the worst person to ask because I can never pick just one favourite. Every place has its own vibe, and I tend to fall in love with different things in different cities.
Right now though, I’m especially excited for my upcoming Europe trip, doing Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Edinburgh and London. It’s one of those trips where I know each stop will offer something completely different, from history and architecture to food and culture.
Where do you dream of traveling to?
Q&AMy dream destination would have to be Egypt. I’ve always been drawn to ancient history, and Egypt just feels unmatched in that sense. The idea of seeing the pyramids, temples and artefacts I’ve read about in real life is something I’ve wanted for as long as I can remember.
It’s one of those places that feels both historically rich and a little bit surreal, like stepping into a world I’ve spent years learning about.
What was your first travel job?
Q&AMy first travel role was with Fit City Tours, where I started as only a tour guide just a year ago. Since then, I have stepped into Distribution and Channel Management. I am still a tour guide, I love it too much! It was my first step into the industry, but I have always been a bit obsessed with travel. I have always loved the stories, the movement, and how places shape people, so guiding felt like a natural fit.
What do you want to learn more about?
Q&AI’m really interested in learning more about how travel evolves over time, both from a business perspective and on a wider scale. How trends shift, how destinations adapt, and how traveller behaviour changes over time is something I find really interesting.
I think understanding that bigger picture helps you create experiences that actually stay relevant, not just in the moment but long term.
