Albert Salman is a Dutch expert in tourism sustainability, supporting governments, destinations and businesses in developing standards and transparent certification programs. Through partnerships with ITB Berlin a.o., these programs provide great credibility as well as promotional and branding opportunities, as is illustrated by the Slovenia Green scheme.
Albert created the QualityCoast Awards (2007), Green Destinations (2014), the Top 100 competition (2014), the Good Travel Guide (2019), and the Good Travel Seal (2020), offering many tools to assess, support, certify and promote tourism businesses. The program offers special solutions for micro-businesses and SMEs, with white label options to support destination or country-wide branding.
