I work in B2B sales and partnerships at Rosotravel, supporting travel advisors, agencies, tour operators, resellers and distribution platforms. My role is to understand what a partner needs, help them find private and shared group tours that fit their clients’ plans, and coordinate the next steps. That can mean discussing commercial arrangements, sharing materials or involving the right colleague when a question needs product or technical input.
I enjoy getting to know how another business works and finding a practical way to work together.
Why did you join the community?
Q&AI’d like to meet people across the travel industry and compare notes on our everyday work. I’m interested in staying in touch beyond the first conversation and joining community events when I can.
What do you want to learn more about?
Q&AI’d like to learn more about how advisors choose local experiences, how distribution channels influence those choices, and what other businesses do to make cooperation easier in practice.
Three words that describe why we should travel?
Q&ACuriosity, connection, perspective.

I’d want to see the source and when the alert was last updated before passing it on to a partner. Do you also let people know when a disruption has ended?

Mary, your point about standing in crowds is useful. I share tour programmes with partners at Rosotravel, and it’s a good reminder to look at where people can pause, as well as how far they’ll walk.

Thanks, Emit, that helps. I was thinking about the walking within a single tour, but I can see why you’re looking at how the whole trip fits together.

I’d find the costs alongside each stop useful when planning a similar trip, Jozef. Especially if I wanted to follow only part of the route rather than repeat the whole trip.

Does Trip Pulse take account of what an activity involves, as well as how long it lasts? Two hours on foot can feel very different from two hours with several seated stops.
