To celebrate World Tourism Day on September 27th, Travel Massive Thessaloniki and Northern Greece gathered members and friends at the new restaurant named Pommes, in Thessaloniki.
This small event brought together tourism professionals and reunited members once again — featuring interesting presentations and a general discussion about the future of tourism. A big thanks to everyone who attended!
The event was organized by Chrysa Krassa and Maria Athanasopoulou, chapter leaders of Travel Massive Thessaloniki and Northern Greece, and co-owners of Respond OnDemand Ltd tourism marketing company, along with Dina Tertsi, co-owner of the Pommes restaurant.

Hi Maria, thanks for sharing the photos from your community meetup!
What's the biggest trends in tourism in Greece at the moment that people are interested in? And the biggest challenges that your members are facing?
Hi Ian, thanks for asking. The biggest trend in Greece is sustainable tourism, we all try to adopt its basic criteria. The biggest challenge is to increase the income from tourism.
Looks like a fun and successful event.
