🌍 Hiring: Travel Sales Specialist for UK market (Europe-based)
At Ventura TRAVEL, we believe travel should be a force for good — for travellers, local communities, and the places we operate in. As we scale our UK market, I’m looking for a high-calibre Travel Sales Specialist to help shape how UK travellers discover, trust and book our small-group trips.

This is for someone who:
Knows the travel industry inside out (tour operators, destinations, seasonality, objections)
Loves consultative selling and building genuine rapport
Has a good understanding of online marketing
Writes and speaks excellent British English
Is commercially sharp, but human first
Cares about responsible, experience-led travel
📍 Location: Anywhere in Europe (remote)
🎯 Market: UK travellers
🌱 Trips: Asia, Africa, Latin America & beyond (small groups, deep local insight)

Hi Travel Massive network,
Are you a European tour operator attending ITB Berlin 2026?
If so, I'd like to introduce Import Promotion Desk who work on sustainable tourism promotion. They hand-pick local DMCs, activity providers and accommodations, support them in getting European market ready, and then connect them with like-minded tour operators. They currently work in Ecuador, Brazilian Amazon, Ethiopia, Tunisia, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan.
I worked with various of their partner companies when I was a buyer and have travelled with some of them too - they come highly recommended!
You can see the full ITB brochure here:
www.importpromotiondesk.de/fileadmin/Messebroschueren/ITB_Reliable_IPD_tourism_companies.pdf
Please contact me on downes@importpromotiondesk.de if you would like to arrange to meet with any of the IPD partner companies at ITB!
Thanks and see you in Berlin!
