Announcing our Panel Guest :

Celine Le Fevre, have been a VIP Concierge with Luxury Retreats for the past 4 years, working with their top-clientele to orchestrate a seamless villa vacation. She assists with everything from booking chauffeur service, to live entertainment, to securing an entire section of the mountain at a ski resort for a guest who wanted a private slalom course set-up. She finds those wild requests is where her job gets the most fun – teasing possible solutions out of the far reaching of the internet and her contact base across the globe.

Simon Bajouk, is a top Concierge from Ritz-Carlton Montreal. Mr. Bajouk has been a practicing concierge for over six years. With an education in Hotel Management from the University of Quebec in Montreal and his early experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Bajouk has keenly developed his leadership and customer-focused skills. Being a member of the International Association Les Clefs d'Or for five years now, he has built a reputation for professionalism, thoroughness and commitment to guest service. Over the years, Mr. Bajouk has shared his talents with some of the most prestigious hotels in Montreal, among them Le St-Sulpice, the Loews Hotel Vogue, Hotel Le St-James and most recently, the Ritz-Carlton Montreal.

Frederic Aouad, General Manager at Corporate Stays. He is also an accomplished, sales & marketing leader with broad hotel marketing experience, encompassing strategic planning, sales management, business development, qualitative & quantitative research, interactive marketing, revenue management, media planning & buying, database /direct-marketing, customer & distributor relations, with the ability and skillset to provide creative, innovative, enthusiastic and forward-thinking leadership in a team environment.

Veronica De Foy is the Director of Guest Relations at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel with an experience of over 15 years in the high-end customer service. Veronica is an inspiration for anyone that encounter her path. Dynamic and truly passionate about customer service, her ability to stimulate creativity and implication of employees as a team helps transform any situation to a memorable and personalized experience for the guests.
