Bram is the managing Director of Rawson Portnoy Properties LLC. Rawson Portnoy owns a portfolio of short term vacation rentals as well as long term residential properties.

He has over 15 years of real estate experience including developing Katafanga Island a private island in Fiji.

Bram is an attorney with a Masters of Law, and completed his MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The Investor: Matthew Golan

Matthew earned his MBA at the University of Miami and has over 15 years of experience investing in the South Florida real estate market, he owns a portfolio multi-family properties throughout Florida.

The Lawyer: Neil Greenbaum

Neil is a transactional attorney with offices in Florida and New York. He concentrates on corporate and commercial real estate transactions and contracts.

The Banker: Ryan A. Welsh

Ryan is a Professional Banker with over 17 years of banking experience, focusing on the lending needs of real estate investors and business owners both small and large.

His past experiences at Wachovia Bank, Bank United, Marquis Bank and Banesco USA Bank were all essential experiences in specializing in Commercial and Industrial, Small Business Administration 7A and 504 and Commercial Real Estate lending.

Ryan also partners with organizations such as Miami Bayside Foundation and the Miami Minority Business Development Agency in helping entrepreneurs gain access to lending when traditional bank lending is not an option.

He has a passion to help individuals reach their goals in both business and their personal lives.

The Connector: Mike Tewel

Mike is the Travel Massive Miami Chapter Leader and the founder of AXCESS Media, which publishes ARTRPRNR MGZN and the A-LIST. Over the last few years he has worked with many clients in real estate, architecture, technology, travel, and hospitality.

He is combining his passion for travel, architecture, and design along with his business experience and his love for connecting people to help young investors learn about and find opportunities.
