This June, we dive into Google Analytics with a MasterClass on the most powerful web tool for your business. Learn how to understand your business's data, identify fails, and measure success. Find out who your audience is, how they got to your site, what they did while they were there, what engages them, and how you might better meet their needs. Get real insights into your customers, their behaviour, patterns and trends.

This session will cover key concepts in Google Analytics. We'll explore the platform; key areas to pay attention to, how to find and read data, common metrics, relevant KPIs and get familiar with navigating Google Analytics and finding key metrics with ease.

How to navigate Google Analytics
How to set up Google Analytics to collect accurate data

This 3-hour Workshop includes Tips and Best Practices for your business + an opportunity for Q&A.

At the end of the Workshop, you'll put your knowledge into practise with an interactive exercise so you can apply what you learned.

About the Expert Richard Wong:

Richard Wong (www.linkedin.com/in/richardthomaswong) is a seasoned marketing executive whose past experiences include being the VP Marketing for # paid, the largest influencer marketing company in Canada, and the Chair of the Ad Standards Influencer Marketing Committee. Richard was a classically trained marketer from Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson before joining Google, where he worked on Google’s publication for insights, trends, and research in advertising—Think with Google. His work has been featured in AdWeek, DigiDay, Media in Canada, the American Marketing Association (AMA) blog, and DX3. In his spare time, Richard also teaches digital marketing at RED Academy, Camp Tech, and Brainstation in Toronto and digital marketing at U of T. He currently drives growth of LinkedIn's advertising business across Canada.
