With thousands more visitors flocking to the sandy beaches, blue waters, and rainforests each year, we want to make sure to educate and highlight local culture, communities, and sustainability efforts to keep the Pure Vida lifestyle - well - pure.
Hotel Grano de Oro, named after the coffee bean often referred to by Costa Rican locals as their "grain of gold", will be our gracious host for our launch event. Our feature topic will be the Casa Luz project. Casa Luz is a home for young mothers and their children who come from situations of abuse, extreme poverty, and exploitation. Casa Luz was founded in an effort to break the abuse cycle and provide emotional, physical, and monetary support, as well as education and guidance for these mothers and children. Join GreenSpot.travel and UnCruise Adventures in learning more about Casa Luz, Grano de Oro’s owner’s vision in starting the organization, and also hear more about Travel Massive.
