Discover Sugar River Region (DSRR) is a nonprofit destination management organization founded in 2022 to enhance Sullivan County as a desirable tourism destination in New Hampshire. The organization develops, promotes, and sustains regional assets to create a thriving visitor economy and improve quality of life for residents and visitors alike.

DSRR is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as the young organization’s first Executive Director. This position is responsible for overseeing the administration, program operations, and strategic direction of the destination management and tourism marketing organization for Sullivan County. Other key duties include fundraising and community outreach.

The position reports directly to the Board of Directors. It is currently a flexible, work-from-home, hourly, part-time position and has the potential to become a full-time position based on available funding. $20 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
