Hi there! My name is Yvette and I'm a full-time travel blogger and content creator. I run the blog Wayfaring Kiwi which focuses on travel in Scotland and New Zealand, where I'm originally from.

I live in West Lothian with my husband, Craig, our 10-month old son, Alex, and our labrador, Angus! We regularly travel around Scotland as a family, promoting all the wonderful things that the country has to offer.

I work with tourism businesses in Scotland to promote them to my readers and followers on social media. As of 2023, my blog receives over half a million hits and I have over 200,000 followers across my social media channels and Facebook group, Scotland Travel Tips.

I am also the co-owner of Kiwi and Haggis Tours with my husband. We specialise in private driving tours departing Edinburgh.

I've previously worked as a journalist, a travel agent, digital nomad, and in the communications industry.

I am also a chapter leader for the Edinburgh chapter of Travel Massive. I look forward to meeting like-minded people in this community who are just as passionate about Scotland as I am!
