About me

Tina May is a serial entrepreneur - she launched her first creative agency at 20, bartered her way around the world building websites for boutique hotels and is now the Co-Founder of an immersive coding bootcamp, Institute of Code. She's travelled to over 30 countries and taught over 100 students how to build responsive websites from scratch.

Why did you join the community?

I'm passionate about travel and excited to meet more like-minded individuals.

What is your favorite travel destination?

Ooohh this is a tough one. Probably Cuba, I just fell in love with the people and culture and it's always nice to have a digital detox every now and again.

Where do you dream of traveling to?

Currently on my bucketlist is Nepal.

What was your first travel job?

I bartered my way around the world, exchanging web development services for accomodation and meals in boutique hotels.

Three words that describe why we should travel?

Adventure, Inspiration, Humbling.
