His career started at Saigon Floating Hotel in 1989, then joining Marriott Hotels and Accor Hotels Group. Thiem Lai had expressed his strong experiences in project developing, sales coaching and strategy during the development of ”Fusion Resorts” concept with Serenity Holding management for 5 years, and found it exciting with the luxury lifestyle resort concept at Dream Oceanami Villas & Spa. He is a Hotel Developer in Vietnam.
