I am a retired scientist who has turned his hand to freelance photography working with my wife who is a travel writer and blogger (sixlegswilltravel.com). As a team we travel both nationally and internationally seeking out unusual facets of the places we visit. We love interacting with "the locals" and make a point of seeking out neighborhood restaurants rather than the places the tourists frequent. When not traveling I work to improve my library of photographs as well as go sailing and participate in various local volunteer opportunities.
