I am a freelance writer, photographer and blogger based in Melbourne Australia. I hold a Masters in Gastronomic Tourism and D.U.G.G.A.T (Diplome Universitiare du Gout, de la Gastronomie et arts de la table) from the Universite de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
I began travelling at a young age thanks to my adventurous parents and have visited over 40 countries. Working in travel and hospitality for over 20 years.
