I am a travel professional. I have over seven years of experience working in hotels and restaurants in various capacities as I moved up the ranks to eventually become a General Manager at a Hampton Inn. The preponderance of my experience comes in operations for boutique hotels as he has served as a Banquet Caption, Front Desk Agent, Housekeeper, Catering Event Manager, Director of Sales, and even a Stuart on a small cruise.
Now I bring my valuable insights of the industry to the Bed and Breakfast sector. I am currently working as a Special Project Manager for a large software company that provides Property Management Solutions. In this role, I research industry trends, contribute as a thought leader for Travel and help advise our community of properties on how to position themselves with their ever changing markets.
