Micha is practical and down-to-earth, observant of others and their needs, and enjoys helping other people. Growing up in a technical family, he started building his first website as a kid by trial and error. From building websites to marketing them online, he created an interest in the consumer journey and the customers behind. Continuously working on new projects, both technical as non-technical, Micha learned to think outside the box and solve problems creatively.

I joined Roadmap in 2014 as a marketing intern, but passionate for solving both technical and non-technical puzzles for customers became Customer Success manager within Roadmap. After working with customers like Pfizer & Microsoft, he shifted focus to onboarding of new customers and product owner of the Customer Success team.
