I’m a true travel enthusiast. Someone who eats, drinks, breathes, and lives travel. Before relocating to the Netherlands, I built my career in New York, working with American Express and JP Morgan before launching my own travel management company. Travel has taken me across the globe, but now I’m returning to it with a fresh perspective one that excites me more than ever.
I’m drawn to off-the-beaten-path destinations, the curiosity of the unknown, and the stories found in food, people, and culture. For me, travel is about the journey as much as the destination, the unexpected paths that lead to meaningful experiences and lasting connections. With a background in Psychology, I find myself appreciating these layers even more deeply, understanding not just places, but the people and emotions that define them.
Travel isn’t just an industry to me, it’s a feeling, a way of life. If you want to know me, all you have to do is connect. It’s that simple. Join me as I step into this new chapter of my travel journey. To be transparent, Im working on a new website and can't wait to share it. But you can connect with me on Linkedin >> (for now) www.linkedin.com/in/maria-simonettii/
Undergoing a transformation for my next chapter!!!
Expand my understanding of emerging travel trends that are pushing boundaries and reshaping the way we explore the world.

It’s in these moments that I can truly see the world on my own terms, guided more by curiosity and feeling than by plans. If I must narrow it a bit Italy, the Tuscany area. So many choices.
Corporate travel company and I handled accounts for Sony, EMI Records and Celadon Trucking to give an idea. During the holiday season I worked Customer Service at airport.
Curiousity, Food, Mental wellbeing, Communication to be fair I could go on.
