About me

By day I am a Graphic Designer working at a fashion corporation. By night and on the weekends I am exploring, trying new things, and attending events - all of which I share on my blog and social channels. I love being active, hiking, discovering new food trends and going on day trips.

I’ve always been someone who has had a deep need to explore and see things, and I am always on the hunt for something to do. It’s rare that I go an entire weekend without doing something (most likely every, single, day). And this is where my blog (Seven Day Weekender) was born.

As a native West Coaster I miss many of the things that were a part of my West Coast life. So I am on a quest to bring and find aspects of my pre-NY life back here to the East Coast.

Because of my full-time job I unfortunately am not able to jet-set the globe on a consistent basis, I did made a New Year's resolution a couple years ago to travel overseas once (or twice if possible) a year. And when I am not doing that I use the weekends to treat my city (and the surrounding cities) as the fabulous vacation destination that they are.
