I'm a reader, a gardener, a decent home cook, a fan of art, history and archaeology and newbie ballroom dancer. In my work life, I'm a podcaster and writer focused on the lives of modern women, including travel. I'm the host and creator of Satellite Sisters, a long-running podcast for women covering culture, travel, health, wellness with humor and empathy. I write monthly for Pasadena Magazine and have contributed to other magazines and websites from O, The Oprah Magazine to Working Mother. I live in Pasadena, California and, yes, I go to the Rose Parade every year.
