This role reflects her long-standing practitioner background across wellbeing, agri-tourism, heritage tourism, and regenerative business practices, with tourism venues & experiences in both France & Australia.
Katrina is an Ambassador for Regional Tourism Australia and regularly contributes as a judge for national and regional tourism awards. She is a sought-after speaker, known for her engaging, credible, and approachable delivery style.
She holds a Master of Health Science and qualifications in Gastronomy Tourism (Le Cordon Bleu), and is a longstanding member of Clinical Nutrition and Naturopathic Associations in Australia and the UK. Her postgraduate research focused on antioxidant wellbeing and organic viticulture tourism regions.
