Travelling is a dream for most people and I consider myself one of the lucky ones. The opportunity to live in Africa for 15 years was the most humbling experience. The local culture, lovely smiles that greeted you everyday was something you never tired of. Pristine wilderness at your doorstep was a privilege and Tanzania was a country we ended up calling home. After returning to Australia in June 2010 Africa has played a big part of our lives. I continue to travel back to Africa nearly every year to explore new destinations with conservation being the main focus. And, if I am lucky I may meet up with my son who is currently doing a wildlife internship along the way.
