Hi All,
I am a retired psychologist and an (almost) empty nester. As a youngster (that's what 55 year olds like me call anyone under 55), I traveled extensively. I lived in Rome for a bit and was always in the process of planning a next trip whenever I was back in California. My kids both love travel as I have dragged them across the globe as well. Now that full-time parenting is morphing and my career as a psychologist is on hold (for now), I want to begin travel writing for individuals 50+. I want to encourage this niche to go explore and adventure.

Q&AI am so excited to become a travel blogger. Travel has been a passion of mine for many decades and now I have the time to devote to it.
What is your favorite travel destination?
Q&AI'm partial to Asia, but honestly any where the plane, train or car is going that is unknown and foreign.
