With a background in agriculture, environmental sustainability and social justice, Javier Sanchez is a photographer and content creator who is passionate about the interrelation between food, tourism and heritage.
A media member of the North American Travel Journalists Association, he studied at the University of San Carlos in Guatemala and the University of Winnipeg. When not producing content for online and print publications, he’s testing Guatemalan recipes, researching stories or whipping up the world’s best guacamole.
