I’ve been to roughly 30 countries, some for hours and others for years. I prefer slow travel, to immerse myself in a culture and to absorb what I can from it.

My family and I have also lived in Italy, Korea, US, and UK and have traveled extensively.

For work, I’m a freelance writer ( Lonely Planet, Matador network, Cameron Diaz’ our bodybook.com, etc) and digital marketing strategist for small businesses.

In addition, I lecture & teach online communication and entrepreneurship ( as well as PR) at Payap University in Chiang Mai.
