With more than ten years dedicated to hospitality technology, Crystal currently heads the Account Management team for Asia Pacific at Aven Hospitality (previously Sabre Hospitality Solutions). She leads a regional team focused on building strategic partnerships, driving customer success, and helping hoteliers unlock new revenue streams through distribution, retail, and AI-driven solutions.

Before joining Aven, Crystal played a key role in expanding Shiji Group's footprint across APAC and the Middle East, spearheading sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies within fast-evolving markets.
