Together with my partner Rosemary, I created Authentic Food Quest in 2015 to inspire people to explore the local flavors on their travels. Authentic Food Quest is a resource platform that connects travelers to local food experiences. We believe that local food is a bridge to the local culture and people.
I traded in my corporate job in2015 to eat my way around the world. Originally from France, I moved to the US in 2004. When I'm not eating, I can be found outdoors burning off the calories through biking, running or hiking.
