About me

I've created and marketed new digital products in a diverse set of industries including consumer electronics, enterprise software, wireless networking, banking, financial services, healthcare, and travel. What began as an academic fascination with how communications technology could be used in international economic development morphed into a career helping businesses better communicate with people using technology.

What gets me excited are opportunities to transform the customer experience using digital. Doing that successfully requires an end-to-end view of the customer journey and ALL of the touch points a customer makes with a product or service. It's not enough to consider only the user's experience on the screen while interacting with a website or app. To be successful, you have to think about every aspect of that journey, from the moment a potential customer begins considering your product to the time(s) where things have run off the rails and a customer needs support.

I combine extensive experience in strategy with a track record of delivering multi-million-dollar design and development efforts on time and on budget.
