Cruise-planning information is scattered. I built VoyagePro to bring it together in one place, from ports to ships to schedules.

I'm Scott Laird, a technology and service delivery leader with more than 30 years of experience, and the co-founder of VoyagePro. I also help develop the ClearDue family of practical apps. I'm based in Elora, Ontario.

VoyagePro began with a simple question while I was planning a cruise:

"How busy will each port be when we arrive?"

I could find pieces of the answer, but only by hopping between websites. Port schedules lived in one place, ship details in another, cruise listings somewhere else. And even after all that digging, I still couldn't compare sailings side by side.

That got me thinking about the bigger problem. Cruise-planning information is scattered. Ships, ports, timetables, safety details, and itineraries are all out there, but they're rarely connected in a way that actually helps you make a decision.

We built VoyagePro to bring that research together. You can explore sailings, compare options, check ports and ship schedules, and keep your planning details in one place — displayed in a format that's easy to read, so the information does the work instead of you.

What started as a fix for my own planning frustration has grown into a long-term business for us. We plan to keep building VoyagePro, adding practical tools, and improving the site based on what travelers tell us they need.
