About the speakers:
Alexander Alexiev is a tourism professional with over 23 years of experience. He is very familiar with the Bulgarian tourism industry, having worked over the years in sales, marketing and technology, and social networks are his passion. Alexander is part of the URBO team with a focus on business development and marketing.
Nikolay Kunev is the manager and founder of “Devine Bulgaria”, a software company that develops mobile applications to help people get to know the world. He is the creator of the Sofia Travel Guide electronic iOS guides. He also created the application "Natural Parks of Bulgaria", a guide that aims to increase people's interest and knowledge about nature parks in Bulgaria.
Elitsa Stoilova is the founder and CEO of “Umni”, a virtual assistant agency that handles business communication with customers and other tasks through a software solution known as chatbot. “Umni” works with clients from various industries who are ready to deploy a chatbot on their business or website to offer better and innovative customer service, optimize staffing and save resources and resources.
