Travel Massive December 4th 2018 with Julia Jung and Stefan Niemeyer

Topic: Curiosity beats robots?

Which 8 requirements for artificial intelligence in tourism exist to make guests curious? And which providers already meet them? Best practices from the first book on curiosity marketing.

How curious is artificial intelligence?
Julia Jung and Stefan Niemeyer show how artificial intelligence becomes a curiosity booster in tourism. They are introducing intelligent applications that are already helping travel companies to make customers automatically curious. At the same time, they introduce limits to the robots. By means of practical examples, Jung and Niemeyer prove that artificial intelligence is still lacking the ability to trigger curiosity. What stimuli they miss with chatbots, language assistants and automated content to retain the user in the long term. The practice-oriented presentation is based on the new book "Curiosity Marketing in Tourism". It is the first book that deals intensively with the methods of curiosity in digital marketing. One focus is the combination of artificial intelligence and curiosity. How should robots use curiosity to seduce users into a travel offer?
