Travel Massive is all about networking with your fellow Travel Industry professionals, so this month we're going back to basics with an informal "Speed Dating" networking event. We want to give our members a chance to get to know one another!
We'll be setting up networking stations with a few provided ice-breaker questions. Questions like "so what projects are you working on?" and not "are you single?" (It's not THAT kinda speed-dating!)
You'll only have a few minutes to chat and practice your elevator pitch before it's on to the next one, so bring your networking A-Game (and maybe a few business cards).
Our host for this event is Hostelling International USA, a non-profit organization harnessing the power of travel for a more tolerant world. HI USA has over a dozen hostels in California and more than 50 across the country. Check them out at www.hiusa.org
Drinks will be available for purchase at Cafe Franco, and some light snacks will be provided. We're looking forward to getting to know you all a little bit better!
