Tonight, we're lucky to have a special guest from Manhattan Kayak Company who will share easy ways to get on a kayak or Stand Up Paddleboard in NYC and the amazing NYC Water Trail.

The Water Trail (pictured in the header image) connects 160 square miles of rivers, bays, creeks, inlets and ocean in the five boroughs suitable for kayaks, canoes, and openwater rowing craft.
