Pre-cruise drinks: We'll have pre-cruise drinks from 5pm to 6pm at Cargo Bar or King Street Wharf Bar. We are looking for a SPONSOR to provide a bar tab so let us know if your company is interested to bring a glass of joy travel members.
Boat Pickup - Pickup will be at 6.15pm at King Street Wharf Pier 7 - near Cargo Bar. The boat will depart at 6.25pm SHARP as there is a time allocation. If you're late, the boat has to leave without you!
Boat Dropoff - will be at 9.45pm to King Street Wharf. Or you can water taxi to shore, any time you like.
BEVERAGES / BYO
This is a Bring your own boat. there will not be any beverages on board unless you bring them.
A welcome drink will be provided courtesy of Expedia YIPPIE!
Bring your cold drinks, closest bottle shop is 50 meters away at 54 Lime street - City Cellars.
We will have an icebox to keep things cool, but it won't chill things from room temperature, so bringing cold drinks is best. No glass bottles allowed outside of the kitchen, so plastic cups will be provided.
FOOD
Archie is preparing nibbles, antipasto, bread and dips platter, cheese platter on the cruise for us to enjoy.
Please bring: Sunglasses, your drinks, a light jacket or Wind Cheater (even in summer evenings on a boat can be cool).
Music: Our yacht comes equipped with a stereo - bring your favorite tunes on your iPhone and we will democratically appoint the DJ who has the best tunes :)
Tax invoice available so you can charge this on your company expenses as networking / sales / business development / industry education/ etc.
