About this event

You are welcome to join Travel Massive, world's largest travel staff network, for a casual gathering to share ideas about Nepal tourism strategy.

Arrive from 6pm for presentations at 7pm

This will be a learning and business development event to talk about how Kathmandu travel businesses can improve.
Some ideas and discussion points:
- Which countries are the best to focus marketing resources on (For high spending tourists instead of mass tourism)
- The customer experience: how can we ensure tourists have a fantastic visit
- what areas can we improve on? (visa, cost, transport, treks, food, marketing, etc)
- The Nepal tourist customer journey: challenges & improvements? Tourist feedback?
- How to encourage tourists to spend more time & nights in Kathmandu before and after mountain treks
- case studies of other leading destinations: Singapore, Australia, Bangkok, and others.

The event takes place on the eve of Himalayan Travel Mart in Kathmandu
