To warm us up in Winter, the beautiful O on Kloof Boutique Hotel & Spa (www.oonkloof.co.za) in Bantry Bay has invited us to an evening at their's on Monday 17 July 2017.
As it is the night before Mandela Day, we encourage a celebration of the great man and his wisdom and philosophy, as well as a coming together as a community to support each other.
We will be celebrating and learning more about our city hero, the Haven Night Shelter (www.haven.org.za), a place that helps homeless adults find a home, family and community in our Mother City.
On offer will be some delicious Prosecco courtesy of Valdo (www.proseccosa.co.za) and our generous host Patrycja Oosthuizen has put together some exciting goodie bags for everyone that attends. Plus our stunning venue has a few indulgent surprises up their sleeve, so you wont want to miss this winter warmer.
We will welcome CD Lazear, the Regional Manager for Africa at Blue Ribbon Bags (www.blueribbonbags.com) who will chat to us about their invaluable service, ensuring that when we travel, our luggage arrives where we do. As well as how they will help with claims in case it doesn't.
Also on offer on the night will be some delicious Mandela Tea (mandelatea.com), a tea company that gives back a percentage of the profits to the Mandela Day School Library project.
As always there will be prizes up for lucky draw, including some excellent wine from Creation (www.creationwines.com).
