'Dreamer' is a program to support students to start a business in the culinary field, designed to accompany young people who are passionate about cooking and want to turn their culinary ideas into real business models.

We believe that every young person can become an 'action dreamer' – dare to dream, dare to experiment and dare to start.

Dreamer's Goal
• Create a realistic environment for students to develop culinary business ideas.
• Provide the knowledge, skills, space, and connections needed to start a business.
• Nurturing the spirit of innovation and creativity among young people through culinary culture.

Special features of Dreamer
• Focus on culinary startups: from traditional dishes, signature drinks, vegetarian dishes, fusion, to café/street food models...
• Hands-on experience space at Dreamer Space: where you can test real products with real customers.
• Be mentored 1-1 and support product promotion.
• Demo Day: model presentation and simulated fundraising in front of investors and entrepreneurs in the F&B industry.

Audience
• Students aged 18–35 who love food and want to start a business.
• Have a small business idea or model in the food and beverage sector.
• Commit to fully and seriously participate in the program.
