🌍 Hiring: Travel Sales Specialist for UK market (Europe-based)

At Ventura TRAVEL, we believe travel should be a force for good — for travellers, local communities, and the places we operate in. As we scale our UK market, I’m looking for a high-calibre Travel Sales Specialist to help shape how UK travellers discover, trust and book our small-group trips.
This is not a call-centre role.

This is for someone who:
Knows the travel industry inside out (tour operators, destinations, seasonality, objections)
Loves consultative selling and building genuine rapport
Has a good understanding of online marketing
Writes and speaks excellent British English
Is commercially sharp, but human first
Cares about responsible, experience-led travel
