At Reclaim Yourself, we believe wellness travel should be a catalyst for connection, growth, and meaningful change, for our guests, the communities we work with, and the places we explore. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for a Head of Product & Retreat Operations to help shape how our retreats are delivered as we scale a values-led wellness travel company.

This is not a purely administrative operations role. This is for someone who:

• Knows how exceptional travel experiences are built behind the scenes, from concept through to seamless delivery
• Has real operational experience within a tour operator, retreat business, or experience-led travel company
• Enjoys creating simple, effective systems that improve consistency without losing the human touch
• Has strong judgement and takes ownership of delivery standards and guest experience
• Is calm, organised, and solutions-focused when managing moving parts and real-world logistics
• Cares deeply about conscious travel and working within a values-led business
• Wants to play a meaningful role in shaping how a small company grows and operates
