Will Plummer is CEO of Repayd, Trust My Group and a recognised authority on travel payments, deferred delivery risk and financial protection. With more than 20 years in the travel industry, Will began his career as a tour operator before owning and operating a DMC in Oman. That operational background gives him a rare perspective in payments: he understands the reality behind the transaction, from supplier settlement and FX exposure to reconciliation, fulfilment risk and the true cost of fragmented infrastructure. In 2011, Will founded Trust My Travel, now Repayd, to solve a problem the travel sector has faced for years: being treated as “high risk” by default, with limited access to modern payment solutions built for how travel actually trades. Today, Repayd supports travel businesses across the industry, from tour operators and DMCs to accommodation providers, hotel groups, travel technology platforms and aviation, with specialist payment processing designed to reduce cost, improve conversion and simplify complex cross-border payment flows.

Will is also Chairman of TMU Management, which provides embedded insurance solutions to the travel, fx and payments industries.
