I've led department setup, SOPs, and staff training for multiple properties, including pre-opening roles at Anmira Resort & Spa and Rêu Boutique Hotel, and I currently work as an independent outsource trainer and consultant for resorts such as Namia River Retreat, TIA Wellness and others.
