Todd Tomlin is the co-founder and CEO of Memorii Journeys, a global luxury travel company curating private villas, superyacht charters, and rare, access-driven experiences for high-net-worth clients and corporate groups.

Memorii specializes in high-impact group travel, designing bespoke gatherings for milestone celebrations, executive retreats, and incentive programs. With a focus on privacy, design, and meaningful connection, the company brings together extraordinary places and thoughtful programming to create experiences that move beyond traditional luxury travel.

Todd’s background spans more than two decades in hospitality and global travel, including leadership roles with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Expedia Group, and Atlantis Bahamas. He currently serves as President of the Incentive Travel Council under the Incentive Marketing Association, where he advocates for the strategic use of travel as a performance and engagement tool.

He is particularly interested in building partnerships with distinctive villa operators, yacht providers, experiential designers, and forward-thinking suppliers who value discretion, operational excellence, and long-term collaboration.
