I am Chemist-Winemaker and I am the co-founder of Septem Microbrewery in Greece.
Septem Microbrewery is based in Orologio, on the island of Evia. The brewery organizes guided tours for visitors and beer lovers during the whole year. From the visitor area in the second level of the brewery, the tourists can follow the brewing process, as well as taste different beers on tap and bottles. Also during the summer the tourists can visit the hop yard behind the brewery and smell the fantastic aroma of the fresh hops

Septem's philosophy is described as following:
-We only produce fresh, unpasteurized, beer.
-We believe that hop is respectively the “grape” of beer and we select the best quality whole hops of unique varieties from all over the world, to enhance the aroma and flavour of our beers
-Our beers will be a gastronomic delight to the senses, the ‘look’, the aroma and the flavour

Our beers and our company have been recognized at international level, having won numerous awards since we first began producing in 2009.
Septem won the trophy of Best Brewer of Europe in the International Beer Challenge 2015 in London.
