Silvia Medina is a global business development leader with over a decade of experience driving growth across travel readiness, financial services, and enterprise mobility solutions. As Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Partnerships for the Americas at OneVasco, she leads regional commercial strategy, strategic alliances, and enterprise platform expansion.
Silvia works closely with corporate travel managers, technology partners, and global mobility stakeholders to simplify international travel documentation through scalable concierge solutions. Her leadership focuses on unlocking new revenue channels, strengthening partner ecosystems, and delivering compliant, traveler-centric experiences for organizations operating across borders.
I joined Travel Massive to connect with operators, technologists, and innovators who are actively shaping the future of global mobility. In my role leading Sales and Partnerships for the Americas at OneVasco, I’m focused on building enterprise-ready travel documentation and concierge solutions, and being part of a community that understands the operational realities of cross-border travel is invaluable as we scale integrations across airlines, TMCs, and corporate booking platforms.
The Dominican Republic. It’s home. Beyond the beautiful beaches and landscapes, it’s where my roots are and where I feel most connected to the culture, the people, and the pace of life.
I dream of going on an African safari. It’s a completely different pace of travel one that’s rooted in nature, preservation, and cultural immersion.
Technically, my first travel job began in college when I used to hang out in travel agencies going through brochures and learning about destinations. After graduation, I became a travel agent on the side mostly to secure discounts for my friends and me which ended up becoming my entry point into the travel industry.
I want to learn more about how AI can simplify the travel journey for travelers, while also helping leaders automate day-to-day operational processes so we can spend more time focused on strategy, partnerships, and long-term impact.
